I help 40-something women who are struggling with their energy, hormones and body-confidence, to feel amazing in their own skin again.

Health Challenges

​I spent years putting on a brave face when behind the scenes my health was a hot mess. For years, I bounced between being "super-healthy" and self-sabotage, battling weight gain, hormonal acne, and painful periods. I tried everything—expensive skincare, supplements, hormonal birth control—but nothing stuck, and I was left feeling worse, not better.

 

My energy levels were on a constant rollercoaster, with a few days per month of peak performance followed by a long, exhausting slump. What I didn’t realise was that the root of my struggles wasn’t just what I was doing, but how I was living.

Transformations

Life threw some serious curveballs my way—losing my father, my mother’s dementia diagnosis, and a bad bike accident—and my mental health hit rock bottom.

 

On paper, I had it all: a great job, a loving husband, amazing friends. But inside, I felt empty and stuck. I convinced myself that losing weight would fix everything. And while I did drop 10kg and quit smoking, which was a great start, I was still suffering with panic attacks, high blood pressure, and worsening anxiety.

​

That was my wake-up call. I realised that true health isn’t about punishment or perfection; it’s about balance, understanding your body, and tuning in to what you really need. That revelation led me to explore natural healing.

 

I turned around sluggish mornings and solved sleepless nights. I fixed my PMS, my bloating and my moods. I lost excess weight, built physical strength and mental resilience and established consistent healthy habits with a growth mindset and sense of purpose.  

​

I realised that transforming your health can be the start of bigger, even more exciting things. So I trained as  health coach to help others do the same.

My Expertise

I’m a certified Health Coach from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, trained in nutrition, fitness, stress management, and holistic health. My approach is grounded in evidence-based, integrated lifestyle medicine that empowers you to take control of your wellbeing. ​

I help my clients create energy and balance in their life through personalised coaching, building awareness of symptoms as messages and focusing on implementing sustainable changes in nutrition, movement, and self-care.

​

I work holistically, factoring in the emotional and physical aspects of wellbeing, offering mindfulness and meditation tools, along with actionable steps that fit into your everyday life. Through supportive and collaborative coaching, I guide you to feel strong, energised, and confident in your 40s and beyond.
