Health Challenges

After years of swinging between being “super healthy” and self-sabotage, I found myself in a mess by my mid-thirties.

 

Weight had crept on and dressing room experiences became depressing. I found myself squeezing into uncomfortable "control pants" and trying to hide my body.

 

My hormones were in chaos after attempting to come off the pill, with inflamed acne knocking my confidence even further. 

​

​Then, when life threw me some curve balls, my mental health hit rock bottom.

Transformations

Realising something needed to change, I embarked on “Project Me” and began to rebuild my health.

 

I started with a fitness coach, quit smoking and then addressed my diet and drinking habits. I lost 25lbs and finally rediscovered my body confidence. 

​

But something else wasn't right. I started having tearful panic attacks and brain fog made work feel impossible. I pushed myself harder and harder, thinking I was useless, but eventually this resulted in burnout. 

​

This was my wake-up call. 

 

My experience of burnout taught me that there was more to health than fitting back into my jeans. Whilst I loved my new body, I needed to learn how to create sustainable health, whilst balancing my hormones and without burning out. 

 

Understanding how mindfulness helped to regulate my nervous system and recalibrate my mental health was the game-changer.

The solution

Now, as a certified health coach, I’m on a mission to help others understand how to fuel themselves, break free of old cycles that don’t serve them, lose lbs without drastic measures and feel incredible in their own skin. 

​

I want you to have renewed confidence so that you can raise your hand in meetings without the fear of brain fog and strut into the room wearing the fitted dress you've been too nervous to try. To finally step into photos smiling instead of hiding behind the camera.

My Expertise

I’m a certified Health Coach from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, trained in nutrition, fitness, stress management, and holistic health. My approach is grounded in evidence-based, integrated lifestyle medicine that empowers you to take control of your wellbeing. ​

I help my clients create energy and balance in their life through personalised coaching, building awareness of symptoms as messages and focusing on implementing sustainable changes in nutrition, movement, and self-care.

​

I work holistically, factoring in the emotional and physical aspects of wellbeing, offering mindfulness and meditation tools, along with actionable steps that fit into your everyday life. Through supportive and collaborative coaching, I guide you to feel strong, energised, and confident in your 40s and beyond.

Together, we’ll create a clear path to transform your health, energy and wellbeing whilst enjoying the journey and still factoring the fun into life.
